INGREDIENTS
395g tin sweetened condensed milk
20g unsalted butter
Strawberry flavoured jelly crystals
Creative Kitchen Fairy Sweetheart Toppings (pink sugar only needed)
METHOD
In a small saucepan over medium heat combine sweetened condensed milk, butter and 2 tbsp jelly crystals. Stir constantly for 10 mins until mixture thickens and starts coming away from the sides of the pan.
Grease a dinner plate and pour mixture onto the plate. Allow to cool completely. Once cool, roll ½ tbsp size portions of the mixture into balls and roll in the pink sugar to coat.
