FUNFETTI MUG CAKE

INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp caster sugar
½ tsp baking powder
4 tbsp milk
1 ½ tbsp grapeseed oil
¼ tsp Dollar Sweets Vanilla Bean paste
1 tbsp Dollar Sweets Sugar Free Rainbow Sprinkles, plus extra to serve
Whipped cream, to serve
In a microwave-safe mug, use a fork to whisk together flour, sugar and baking soda.
Add milk, oil and vanilla and whisk until smooth and combined.
Stir through sprinkles then microwave on high for 1 min 30 seconds or until the cake springs back when gently pressed.
Serve with whipped cream and extra sprinkles.
